The person authorized to hunt must report the shooting figures for each completed hunting year to the competent lower hunting authority by 10 April of the following hunting year.

Every piece of game shot, fallen game as well as the dogs and cats shot must be entered in a track list by the person authorized to hunt within one week. The form "Streckenliste" must be used for this purpose.

The total bag of the previous hunting year must be reported to the competent lower hunting authority by April 10 of each year. The authorized hunter must use the "Game report" form for this purpose.

Use of the forms provided.

It is essential to ensure that the hunting district and the locally responsible hunting association are named in accordance with the designation in the lease agreement. Otherwise it will not be possible to assign the game report.

If the notification is made jointly for a hunting district, the following must be stated

• the name,
• the address of the spokesperson (chairman) of the tenant association and
• the names of all persons authorized to hunt.

Care must be taken to ensure that the front and back of the game report form is completed, even if no shooting of the game species listed there has taken place.

The game report must be signed by the lessor.

Timely submission of the "Wildlife report" and "Wild boar report" forms.

There are no costs.

Receipt and processing (recording) of the game reports, transmission of the results to the highest hunting authority

No feedback required from the authority to the person authorized to hunt. Therefore no processing time.

• The person authorized to hunt must draw up shooting plans for each hunting year in advance for the cloven-hoofed game species present.
• By April 10 of each year, the person authorized to hunt must notify the competent lower hunting authority of the number of animals taken in the previous hunting year.
• The track list must be kept in electronic form. Alternatively, a prescribed form is permissible.

Annual shooting plans and game reports are drawn up by the lower hunting authorities of the districts and independent towns.
