- The loss must be reported to the police or to a passport and ID office in a municipality.
- If the online ID card function (electronic proof of identity) has been activated, you must arrange for it to be blocked, either at a passport and ID card office or at a blocking hotline (for further details, call the service number for the ID card). When blocking, the personal data and the blocking password must be given.
