An official electoral roll is kept in each electoral district.
You are entered in the voters' register if you are eligible to vote on election day and are registered with your main residence in the respective city or municipality on a certain cut-off date.
Eligible voters can inspect the voters' register from the 20th to the 16th day before the election on working days during the general opening hours of your municipality.
The municipal authority will announce the inspection times and the exact regulations in good time.
You can inspect the electoral roll at the municipal administration office during general opening hours.
You can lodge an objection to the electoral roll in writing within the inspection period. If your data is incorrect or incomplete or if you have not been included in the electoral roll, it will be corrected or you will be included in the electoral roll within the objection period.
You can inspect the electoral roll as follows:
- as a voter or person entitled to vote, you can inspect the electoral roll from the 20th to the 16th day before the election on working days during the general opening hours of your municipality,
- Within the inspection period, you can lodge a written objection to the electoral roll,
- if your data is incorrect or incomplete or you have not been included in the electoral roll, it will be corrected or you will be included in the electoral roll within the objection period.
- Persons entitled to vote are entered in the voters' register if they are registered with the registration office on the 42nd day before the election
- the electoral roll is available for public inspection from the 20th to the 16th day before the election
