As a radio amateur with an assigned German amateur radio call sign, you must always inform the Federal Network Agency immediately of any changes to your personal data.
If the Federal Network Agency (BNetzA) has licensed you to participate in the amateur radio service and assigned you a personal callsign, you must inform the BNetzA immediately via an online form or informally by e-mail or post if your personal data recorded in the license changes. This applies, for example, to name changes, a change of residence or a change of nationality.
In addition, you can object to the publication of your address and the location of your fixed amateur radio station in the callsign list and the callsign query via a change notification.

The following documents are required if you have not authenticated yourself using the electronic ID card or a personal certificate:

No proof is required for a change of address or for your consent to the publication of your address or the location of your fixed amateur radio station.
You can notify the Federal Network Agency (BNetzA) of changes to your personal data online or informally by post or e-mail.
Notify changes online:
- Call up the online application on the federal portal verwaltung.bund.de. This will guide you step by step through the necessary information. Complete the application in full online.
- Upload any necessary supporting documents.
- Submit your application online.
