Have you received institutional or project-related funding from the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ)? Then you must then submit a proof of use of the funding amounts received and used.
Your non-profit research or evaluation organization has received project-related or institutional funding from the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
Once your scientific or application-oriented research and evaluation project has been completed, you must submit proof of funding to the BMZ. This provides evidence of what you have used the funds for.

- List of income and expenditure including a tabular overview of receipts
You can submit the where-used list for funded project-related or institutional projects online or by post.
If you wish to submit the where-used list online:
- Go to the website of the federal portal and fill out the online form. This will guide you step by step through the necessary information.
- Upload the required documents and submit the where-used list online.
If you wish to submit the where-used list by post:
- Send your where-used list by post to the BMZ.
The BMZ will check your documents. If necessary, the BMZ will request further documents from you.
You must submit proof of use to the BMZ no later than September of the following year after funding has been approved.
