If you need proof in another country that you are doing business in the Federal Republic of Germany, you can have a business legitimation card issued.
- Completed application form
- Identity card or passport
- If applicable, extract from the commercial register, association register or cooperative register
- If applicable, certificate of good conduct/excerpt from the Central Trade Register
- Craft card, if applicable
- If applicable, proof of insurance required for the trade carried out
The amount of the fee depends on the time required by the authorities. It amounts to at least 30.50 euros.
If you need proof in another country that you are doing business in the Federal Republic of Germany, you can have a business legitimation card issued.
