The Citizens' Helpline "Aircraft Noise from Bundeswehr Aircraft" of the Federal Ministry of Defence (BMVg) provides information about military aircraft operations in the Federal Republic of Germany.

You can contact the Air Force directly with your concerns, wishes or complaints about military flight operations.

As a central point of contact, the staff of the Flight Operations and Information Centre answer questions on the subject of aircraft noise and low-level flight. In addition, you will receive information about upcoming Bundeswehr flight operations, as well as Allied flight operations in the airspace of the Federal Republic of Germany in your area.

In case you prefer to contact us in writing, you can also submit your questions by mail, fax or e-mail.

For more detailed inquiries or complaints, submission by e-mail is recommended. Particularly in the case of complaints about military flight movements, the following information is required for an investigation:

• Location of the flight movement (address)
• Date
• Time
• Short description of the event
• Your inquiry/complaint
• Your address
