You are entitled to apply for a multilingual form of a death certificate as:
- spouse and partner of the deceased person,
- ancestor or descendant of the deceased person,
- siblings of the deceased person, if you demonstrate a legitimate interest, or
- another person, if you demonstrate a legal interest.
You must be at least 16 years old.
12.00 euros (if each additional copy is ordered at the same time, 6.00 euros each), unless the municipality has set a different fee by statute.
