Are you carrying out deep drilling or other earthworks? In certain cases, the authorities may require you to stop or remove the excavation.
If you carry out a so-called earth excavation, the competent authority can order you to stop or remove it.
Earth excavations are boreholes or other earthworks that reach so deep into the ground that they can affect the movement or quality of the groundwater.
The order applies to planned earth excavations and those already reported to the authority, as well as unintentional groundwater development.
If your request is a notification, you may start your project if you have not heard from the authorities within one month
If your project requires approval, exemption or authorization under water law, you will receive a response within one month.
