Has a child been born in your institution? Then you must report the birth in writing to the relevant registry office.
If a child is born in your institution, you must report the birth to the relevant registry office.
- Birth notification with signature of the institution or electronic signature
You must report the birth to the registry office responsible for the place of birth within one week. In the case of a stillbirth, the notification must be made no later than the third working day after the birth.
The service only serves to fulfill the legal obligation to register. If the birth is certified at the registry office, further proof is required.
