Do you want to inform the lower building supervisory authority of the progress of your building project?

The client must notify the lower building supervisory authority of the completion of the shell, the final completion and, if applicable, the commencement of use prior to completion.

No documents are required.

There are no prerequisites.

There are no fees.

You fill out the form(s) digitally in the building portal or in analog form and submit it to the responsible lower building supervisory authority.

There is no fixed processing time, the notification simply has to be submitted.

• The completion of the shell of buildings that do not require a building permit and the final completion must be notified to the building supervisory authority at least two weeks in advance, stating the date of completion.
• The commencement of full or partial premature use must be notified to the building supervisory authority one week in advance.
