If you wish to manufacture medicinal products without a license, you must report this.

List of the medicinal products to be manufactured with their name and composition.

• You are a doctor, dentist or a person authorized to practice medicine on humans,
• You manufacture medicinal products under your direct professional responsibility for the purpose of personal use on a specific patient.
  

- You submit your notification to the competent authority using the online form and upload the required document
- the confirmation will be issued if the competent authority determines that the legal requirements have been met

Notification must be made before the start of the activity.

Administrative court action

• Notification of the unlicensed manufacture of medicinal products by doctors or dentists in hospitals or rescue service organizations
• The manufacture of unlicensed medicinal products by doctors, dentists or persons authorized to practice medicine on humans is subject to notification.
