Are you between 15 and 25 years old and need support to overcome difficulties? Then you can receive support from the Jobcenter or a sponsor.
Are you in a difficult life situation and having problems finding a job or training place or applying for citizen's benefit?
If you have several of the difficulties listed below, you may be eligible for support:
- no school-leaving certificate
- No job or training place
- You are demotivated by failures and do not feel resilient
- You are threatened with homelessness or are already homeless
- Family conflicts
- difficult biographical histories, for example if you grew up in a foster family, a residential group or in families with entrenched long-term unemployment
- Financial problems or debts
- Health problems or addiction problems
For example, you can receive the following support as part of the funding:
- Help with stabilizing your financial situation
- Support in applying for social benefits, such as citizen's allowance
- Help with finding accommodation or stabilizing your housing situation
- Assistance with visits to the authorities
- Support with the organization of necessary treatments
- Help with building up social networks
- Support in developing new career prospects
- Preparation for catching up on school qualifications and starting work or training
You can claim support within the framework of the funding if you
- are between 15 and under 25 years old, and
- are entitled or likely to be entitled to citizen's allowance, and
have difficulties due to their individual situation
- complete a school, training-related or vocational qualification or otherwise start working life and
- apply for or accept social benefits.
If you need support, you can get advice from your job center.
- Contact your local job center for support.
- If funding is possible, they will put you in touch with the responsible organization.
- If you are already in contact with the provider, they may be able to help you contact the job center and clarify the eligibility requirements.
- Support for young people and young adults who
- are between 15 and under 25 years old and
- receive citizen's allowance or are very likely to receive it if they submit an application and
- have difficulties due to their individual situation
- complete an educational, training-related or vocational qualification or otherwise start working life and
- apply for or accept social benefits
- The support includes care and support services with the aim that young people
- claim benefits from the Jobcenter,
- initiate necessary therapeutic treatment and
- make use of the Jobcenter's regular services for activation and stabilization as well as early intensive career-oriented support.
