Pupils entitled to special educational support can take advantage of specific special school offers. Parents can apply for their child to be admitted directly to a special school.
The review of the entitlement to special educational support takes place at the latest after the expiry of two years as part of the individual support planning.
The various special school offers are presented individually on the website of the Hessian Ministry of Education.
In Hesse, the Ministry of Education and Cultural Affairs is responsible for the school system.
