[ KH1] Ascent

Weather balloon:

- Landowner's consent (launch site)
- Additional information on the balloon (if applicable, data sheet
- manual, photos, etc.)
- Proof of insurance in accordance with §§ 37 Para. 1a, 43 LuftVG
- Information on the orientation of the laser/beamer (compass direction and angle)
- Contact person on site with telephone number (who can be reached at any time during the event)

Laser, sky beamer and effect spotlight:

- Data sheet of the device

Ascent of kites and umbrella kites:

- Details of the total height of the holding line in meters above ground
- Position of the kites (coordinates)

Ascent of fireworks:

- Details of the location
- Details of the maximum height above ground
- If applicable, consent of the landowner
- Period of ascent
- Contact person on site with telephone number (who can be reached at any time during the event)
- If applicable, consent of the public order office

The written application can be submitted informally or online

If you want to set off fireworks, you may need a permit under aviation law and/or air traffic control clearance. The same applies to the ascent of drones, weather balloons or kites, as well as the operation of lasers and skybeamers.
