The sidewalk crossing, also known as a property access road or kerb drop, is used to provide easy access to a property from the road for vehicles.
The owner of a footpath crossing is obliged to maintain it in such a way that it meets the requirements of safety and order as well as the recognized rules of technology.
If you fail to comply with this obligation, the competent authority may order the necessary measures to be taken.
You must bear all costs for the construction, modification and maintenance of the footpath crossing yourself. If the footpath crossing is no longer required, you must also bear the costs of restoring it to its original condition.
