As an eligible voter, you can view the electoral roll for your own data before a municipal election. The electoral roll is displayed at least at the location of the municipal administration. It can be viewed from the 20th to the 16th day before the election during general opening hours.
It is only possible to inspect the data of other persons if you can provide credible evidence that the electoral roll is incorrect or incomplete. In this context, you can produce extracts from the electoral roll in order to check the voting rights of specific individuals.
If you consider the electoral roll to be incorrect or incomplete, you can lodge an objection with the municipal administration within the inspection period. The objection must be submitted to the mayor in writing or for recording. If the alleged facts are not obvious, you as the objector must provide the necessary evidence.
