Is your registration certificate for working as a prostitute expiring? Then you need to renew your certificate.

The registration certificate that you received when you first registered serves as official proof of your activity. This is valid for one year if you are between 18 and 21 years old. If you are older than 21, the certificate is valid for 2 years.

In both cases, the registration must be extended after the respective period of validity if you wish to continue your prostitution activity. Otherwise, the same rules apply for the extension of the registration certificate as for the registration.

The alias certificate can also be extended on request. The period of validity of the alias certificate corresponds to the period of validity of the registration certificate.

• details of:
  • the first name and surname
  • the date and place of birth
  • nationality,
  • the sole or main residence within the meaning of the registration law, alternatively one
  • the countries or municipalities in which the activity is planned
• identity card, passport, a passport substitute or a substitute identity card
• Proof of health advice
  • If you are over 21 years old, this must not be older than 1 year
  • If you are younger than 21 years old, this must not be older than 6 months

In order to continue working as a prostitute, you must have taken part in a health consultation before renewing your registration.

EUR 10.00 to 30.00

The extension must be made before the existing registration certificate expires.

The registration certificate must be carried by prostitutes at all times while carrying out their work.

You can lodge an appeal against a negative decision.

Anyone wishing to continue working as a prostitute must extend their registration.
