• Proof of water quantities withdrawn and/or other intended use

• You actually withdraw less water or the intended use is different from that approved in the water use permit.

• After the application has been checked, you will receivea notice of assessment.

You can lodge a complaint with the competent administrative court within one month of notification of the assessment notice.

• A water abstraction charge must be paid if water is abstracted or discharged from surface waters and/or groundwater is abstracted, extracted, conveyed to the surface or discharged, provided there are no statutory exemptions.
• The completed form must be submitted to the competent authority.
• The competent authority will review the application.
• After the application has been reviewedan assessment notice is issued.
