Have you entered incorrect information in your field and subsidy tax declaration or advance subsidy tax declaration? Then you must correct this with the responsible office.

If you realize that incorrect or incomplete information has been entered in your field and subsidy tax declaration or advance subsidy tax declaration and that this may result in an underpayment or has already resulted in an underpayment, you must notify the competent body immediately.

Additional payments must be made within 2 weeks of notification.

As soon as you notice that information on your field and subsidy tax return or advance subsidy tax return is incorrect, you must report this and make any necessary additional payments.

Within the respective assessment period.

If the change results in an additional payment, you must pay this within 2 weeks of the notification.

If a declaration is submitted late, a late payment surcharge may be levied.
