If a child was born in your institution, you must report the birth to the relevant registry office.
- Birth announcement with signature of the institution or electronic signature with details of mother and child.
You must report the birth within 1 week to the registry office responsible for the place of birth. The day of birth does not count towards the deadline. In the case of a stillbirth, the notification must be made no later than the 3rd working day after the birth.
