You would like to employ people in homework for the first time according to the Homework Act (HAG)? Then you must submit the required advance notification to the competent authority.
If you as a company are assigning home work under the Home Work Act (HAG) for the first time, you must inform the competent authority in advance. This also applies if you are planning only irregular or minor activities. The notification is not an application for authorization to issue home work. After the notification, you can directly start issuing home work.
