If you wish to abandon an eel fishing vessel, you must notify the competent authority of the deregistration.
If you abandon an eel fishing vessel, this must be reported immediately to the competent authority, stating the boat number(s). The competent authority shall then delete the registered fishing vessel from the eel register.
