§ 15 paragraph 1 - 3 and 5 Federal Hunting Act (BJagdG)

If the validity of your falconry hunting license expires or has already expired and you wish to continue hunting, you must have it renewed.

If you want to practice falconry in Germany, you need a German falconry hunting license in your name. If you are already in possession of a hunting license but its validity has expired, you can apply for an extension.

You can submit the application in writing or online, if available.

If you submit the application in writing, fill it out and submit it by mail or in person to the competent authority.

The application and the evidence to be submitted will be checked for completeness and correctness.

If you meet all the requirements, you will be issued a falconry hunting license.

The day hunting license is valid for 14 consecutive days.
