Here you can find out how to request a copy from the commercial register.

With the joint register portal of the federal states, you can download and print out copies of the register content and documents submitted to the commercial register yourself. You can use the register portal without registration and free of charge.
You have the option of entering keywords or register numbers to search specifically for registered companies, for example.
Alternatively, you can request a printout from the electronically managed registers from the register court. If documents are only available in paper form, copies will be made.

In addition, you can still inspect the registers during business hours at the registry court (free of charge) and have a printout or copy made there (subject to a fee).

Online retrieval of data from the registers and documents via the register portal is free of charge.
No fees are charged for the mere inspection of register data and documents at the court registry.

You apply in person or in writing (simple form) for a printout or a copy from the register of cooperatives at the competent registry court.
You should specify exactly which type (official/certified or non-official/uncertified) you require. If you do not provide any information, you will receive a current official printout from the commercial, cooperative and partnership register. For the register of associations, you will receive an unofficial, up-to-date printout.
Printouts can also be sent to you electronically if you specify this in your application.
