Here you can find out how to request an official (certified) printout of the documents submitted to the register file of the Register of Cooperatives.

With the joint register portal of the federal states, you can download and print out copies of the register content and documents submitted to the register of cooperatives yourself. You can use the register portal without registering and free of charge.
You have the option of entering keywords or register numbers to search specifically for registered companies, for example.
Alternatively, you can request a printout from the electronically managed registers from the register court. If documents are only available in paper form, copies will be made.

You apply in person or in writing (simple form) for a printout or a copy from the commercial register at Stendal Local Court.
You should specify exactly which type (official/certified or non-official/uncertified) you require. If you do not provide any information, you will receive an official, up-to-date printout from the commercial register.
Printouts can also be sent to you electronically if you specify this in your application.
