As a winegrower, you must notify your competent authority of any clearing or planting of a vineyard.
If you, as a winegrower, remove or plant vines on the land, you must report this to the competent authority.
In Saxony-Anhalt, you must also report changes in management (change of owner or tenant) and changes in marketing information (change of grape-processing company / grape buyer).
Notification form of the competent authority for grubbing up and planting vineyards
You can submit the notification in person to the competent authority. Alternatively, you can send the notification to the competent authority online, by post or by fax, depending on the services offered by the competent authority. This concludes the procedure.
The notification of grubbing-up is a prerequisite for obtaining authorization potential, i.e. certain vine planting or replanting rights.
