If you wish to breed or keep vertebrate animals commercially, you require a permit from the competent authority. You do not need a permit to keep farm animals or wild game. You may only start breeding or keeping animals after the permit has been issued. A permit issued on the basis of incorrect information is invalid and can be revoked at any time.
