If you wish to waive your license to practice as a psychological psychotherapist, you must submit a written declaration to the competent authority.

The license to practice the profession, the temporary license to practice the profession and the partial license to practice the profession may be waived by written declaration to the competent authority. A waiver is not effective if it is declared subject to a condition. The declaration of renunciation cannot be revoked.

You submit your original waiver together with your license to practice medicine to the responsible office.
