If you provide other persons with weapons and/or ammunition that require a permit, you must report this to the competent authority within two weeks. You can find out more here.
If you transfer your licensed weapon and/or ammunition to another person, you must report this to the relevant weapons authority within two weeks. The competent firearms authority will then delete the entry for the weapon and/or ammunition from your firearms possession card (WBK) and, if applicable, from your European firearms pass.
You do not have to report if you
you transfer essential parts of the weapon in order to have embellishment work or similar work carried out and then receive them back after the work has been completed,
transfer weapons and/or ammunition as part of a training or employment relationship,
temporarily transfer weapons and/or ammunition for shooting at a shooting range.

Is based on the respective administrative fee schedule of the federal state or on the fee statutes of the authorities responsible under federal state law.
You must report the transfer of weapons and/or ammunition requiring a permit to the responsible weapons authority. Submit the application together with the required documents.
If all documents are available, the responsible office will examine the notification promptly.
