Are you the owner of a ride, stage or grandstand? Before you can put this into operation, you need a permit.

Flying structures are non-stationary structures that are repeatedly erected and dismantled. These can be e.B rides, tents, grandstands, stages, mobile concert stages. Before the first installation and use of such systems, an execution permit is required, which is issued by the upper building supervisory authority.

After the execution permit has been issued, the necessary building templates and test reports with an approval note are permanently integrated into a test book.

The use of a flying building subject to approval must be reported to the responsible Lower Building Supervisory Authority upon presentation of the test book.

Depending on the type of installation, the execution permit is limited in time to a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 5 years.

If the operator has his permanent residence in Saxony-Anhalt, the State Administration Office, Construction Department, is responsible for issuing and extending the execution permit.
