Umfragen an Schulen genehmigen lassen

Surveys and surveys in schools (interviews, test series and similar) require the approval of the State Administration Office. The Ministry of Education and Cultural Affairs may reserve the right to decide in individual cases.

• a detailed description of the research project,
  information about the staff,
• a description of the scope of the study or survey (form and school year or level and number of schools, expected number of classes and pupils),
• a list of the addresses of the schools concerned,
• an indication of the expected utilization of the teachers and pupils,
• the timetable for the investigation or survey,
• samples of all documents intended for use (questionnaires, survey forms, tests, etc.),
• for applicants from the higher education sector, a statement from the university lecturer responsible for the subject; for applicants from the study seminars, a statement from the subject leader and the seminar leader supporting the content and form of the project; for applicants from the school sector, a statement from the school management of the overall conference supporting the content and form of the project,
• in the case of applications from institutions or persons based or residing outside the state of Saxony-Anhalt, a special justification for conducting the study or survey in Saxony-Anhalt,
• a written declaration of commitment to use the collected data only for the purpose for which they were collected.

You must submit your application for approval in writing to the State Administration Office in good time before the start of the intended examination or interview.
