- Waiting phase: 6 to 23 months

Tip: You can combine the student loan with other forms of support such as BAFöG or the KfW education loan.

- Students between 18 and 44 years of age
- german citizens
- EU citizens
- Family members of German and EU citizens
- German nationals
Application and submission to the distribution partner
- Print out the contract offer and hand it in to your distribution partner.
- The sales partner will forward your documents.
- If you are approved, you will receive the access data for online banking by post.
- There you can retrieve the subsidy.
You can submit your application three months in advance. You can adjust the monthly amount on 15 March and 15 September each year.
