If you wish to sell pyrotechnic articles in categories F1 and F2, you must notify the competent health and safety authority at least two weeks before starting operations or opening a sales outlet. Changes to the persons responsible or authorised representatives and the closure of the sales outlet must be notified immediately. If such pyrotechnic articles are sold on an annual basis, a single notification is sufficient.

If you wish to sell pyrotechnic articles in categories F1 and F2, you must notify the competent health and safety authority at least two weeks before starting operations or opening a sales outlet. Supervisors for sale and storage

Sufficient supervisory staff must be available for the sale and storage of pyrotechnic articles at each point of sale. These persons must be assigned the task of supervision through internal organisation and at least one person over the age of 18 must be appointed in writing.

Verfahrensablauf

Set up a service account in Amt24 and use it to log in to the service portal.

  • Follow the link to the online notification(see -> Online application) and fill in the data fields according to the instructions. You can save the details at any time and complete them at a later date.
  • If you wish to submit notifications for several branch offices or subsidiaries, you can also do this via the online notification. Multiple entries are largely avoided here.
  • Once all data fields have been completed, you can finalise the creation of the online notification. The data will be sent to the responsible office.
  • You will find the confirmation of your online notification in the inbox of your service account. You will receive a notification of incoming messages to your personal e-mail address.

If you do not wish to use the online advert, a PDF form is available as an alternative.
