Notification of the removal of structural installations in accordance with § 3 of the Implementing Regulation for the Saxon Building Code (DVOSächsBO)

If the intended demolition of the building or other structural plant is not exempt from procedures, you must notify the building supervisory authority.

The notification must be submitted in triplicate, the proof of stability in duplicate. The following documents must be enclosed with the notification:

• Site plan (location of the building / structure to be removed, designation of property with street and house number)
• Survey form of the State Statistical Office for Building Removal (form)

• if the building to be removed is attached to another, the stability of the building to which the building to be demolished is attached must be proven by a so-called qualified structural engineer; if necessary, the removal of the building must be supervised by this engineer. This does not apply if the building to which the building is attached is exempt from the procedure.

Note: Fees will be charged for incomplete documents.

Depending on the regulations of the respective authority, notify the building supervisory authority of the intended demolition online (-> Online application) or in writing using the prescribed form (-> Forms and other offers).

Online application

To use the online service, you must be registered for a bundID account or for your company's My Company account.

Follow the link above under -> Online application and log in on the start page via your bundID account or your company's My Company account.
First select your role (client, representative) and, if necessary, invite other parties to process the online application.
If it is necessary to submit attachments (e.g. power of attorney), these can be uploaded in PDF format to the designated place in the online application using drag & drop.
If all mandatory fields have been filled in correctly at every point in the online application, the persons involved can approve the application.
The signatures of the persons involved are replaced by secure identification and authentication via the bundID user account or the My Company Account user account.

Written application

You can obtain the prescribed form here via Amt24 (-> Forms and other offers).

Compile the required documents; fill out the form, print it out and sign it.
Submit the complete documents to the responsible office.

Examination

The lower building supervisory authority has one month to comment on the intended demolition and possibly also to impose requirements for the removal. If they do not do this, you can carry out the demolition.

Please note! The lower building supervisory authority is not obliged to check the documents you have submitted. This means that you bear full responsibility for the legality of the demolition.

If you start the demolition, you must send the lower building supervisory authority a notification of commencement of construction (see -> Further information) at least one week before the start of work.
