A travelling camp is organised by anyone who, outside their place of business and outside a trade fair, exhibition or market, from a fixed sales location

The organiser of a travelling camp must report this to the authority responsible for the location of the travelling camp at least four weeks before the start of the camp if
- the travelling camp is to be advertised publicly and

The hiking camp may only be managed on site by the organiser named in the report or by a representative authorised by the organiser in writing.
Cross-Border Provision of Services
If you, as a trader, temporarily provide services on a self-employed basis from a branch in another EU member state or a contracting state of the European Economic Area (EEA), you do not need to report this unless you are carrying out commercial activities that are excluded from the scope of the EU Services Directive.
Single Point of Contact (Einheitlicher Ansprechpartner)
You can use the services of the Point of Single Contact for this procedure. They will guide you through the procedure, take care of correspondence with all departments responsible for your request and provide you with expert advice.
