Are you looking for information on soils in the Free State of Saxony, their properties and hazards as well as the spatial distribution of different soils? The specialised soil information system provides information about the soils in the Free State of Saxony.
A wide range of maps on the occurrence and spatial distribution of different soil types, soil properties, soil functions and soil hazards are available free of charge. In addition, you can request information and detailed information on individual soil outcrops (point information) informally by e-mail.

Detailed information and data on soil exploration can be requested informally by e-mail, telephone or in writing from the responsible contact person. The requested information and data will then be researched and made available to you primarily by e-mail and, if available, as a download link.
