These can also be trade-specific training courses.
Recognition may be limited in time by the competent authority.
Teaching material or documents relating to the course concept of the course to be recognised, including the following:
- Course programme
- Course content
- Instructors and their qualifications
- Timetable with details of the instructors for the teaching unit
- Proof of the speakers' qualifications
- Contents of the presentations as short contributions
- Information on the teaching material
- Draft of a course certificate
These documents should also contain examination documents and information on the examination procedure, for example examination sheet with assessment and labelling of the correct answers.
- The course concept fulfils the requirements of the Hazardous Substances Ordinance,
- The content and scope of the training course fulfils the requirements of the technical regulations TRGS 519 of the Hazardous Substances Ordinance (asbestos).
You can submit the recognition of an expert training course to the competent authority by e-mail or post. -
- You submit the required documents to the competent authority.
- The competent authority checks your documents and requests further information or documents if necessary.
- The competent authority grants or refuses recognition.
