Notification of the start of construction in accordance with Section 72 (8) of the Saxon Building Code (SächsBO)

As a building owner, you must notify the building supervisory authority at least one week in advance of the start of construction for projects requiring approval and projects not requiring approval as well as for demolitions that are subject to notification in accordance with Section 61 (3) SächsBO

• the start of construction
• the resumption of construction work (after an interruption of more than three months)
• the start of demolition

the start of demolition.

No notification is required if your building project is exempt from procedures.

Depending on the regulations of the respective authority, you show the lower building supervisory authority

• the start of construction
• the resumption of construction work (after an interruption of more than three months)
• the start of demolition

Online application

To use the online service, you must be registered for a BundID account or for your company's My Company Account.

• Follow the link above under -> Online application and log in on the start page via your BundID account or your company's My Company account.
• First select your role (client, representative) and, if necessary, invite other parties to process the online application.
• If all mandatory fields have been filled in correctly at every point in the online application, the persons involved (e.g. client) can sign off.
  The signatures of the persons involved are replaced by secure identification and authentication via the BundID user account or the My Company Account user account.

Written notification

You can obtain the required form here via Amt24 (see -> Forms and other services).

• Complete the form, print it out and sign it.
• Submit the form to the responsible lower building supervisory authority.

Notification: at least one week before start or resumption
