You must notify the relevant Chamber of Skilled Crafts of the termination, dismissal or change of management.

If the current management is terminated or dismissed or if there is a change, you must notify the relevant Chamber of Skilled Crafts. A new manager must be appointed immediately. The management of a craft business must have the professional qualifications required to practice the craft requiring a license. This can be a master craftsman's examination for the respective trade, but also an equivalent domestic or foreign professional qualification or an exemption permit or authorization to practice.

Both the owners of a craft business and employed persons can be considered as company management. In the latter case, the application for registration must be submitted together with a manager's declaration and supplementary documents.

The tasks of the business manager include, among other things

• to control, supervise and monitor the technical workflow and not to limit themselves to merely checking the work results,
• directing employees and issuing the necessary instructions,
• to prevent and, if necessary, correct deficiencies in the execution of the work,
• to ensure that violations of legal regulations or operating instructions do not occur,
• regularly visit the individual work sites to monitor the execution of the work,

be available at all times during working hours and be available and ready for action at short notice in urgent and emergency situations.

• Inform the Chamber of Skilled Crafts responsible for the business about the departure or change of management
• You can make the notification as the owner of the business subject to licensing or as an employed manager
• To maintain the business, you must apply to the relevant Chamber of Crafts for the new management to be entered in the Register of Craftsmen

• Notification of the dismissal of the company management to the Chamber of Skilled Crafts

• Management of the company responsible for technical management must be determined and notified to the relevant Chamber of Skilled Crafts
• The Chamber of Skilled Crafts must also be notified of any changes to the company management
• Company management can be carried out by the owner of the company or an employed person, provided they are qualified to do so. The required proof of competence can be provided by the master craftsman's examination for the craft to be practiced or a related craft, or alternatively by an equivalent domestic or foreign professional qualification or an exemption permit or authorization to practice
