Melderegisterauskunft in besonderen Fällen - Erteilung an Parteien, Wählergruppen und anderen Trägern von Wahlvorschlägen

Parties, groups of voters and other supporters of election proposals may receive the following information on persons entitled to vote from the population register in the 6 months prior to an election in connection with parliamentary and local elections:

• First names and surnames,
• Doctoral degree,
• current address.

If the person in question is deceased, this will be communicated.

The information can only be provided in the 6 months prior to an election.

This data may only be used for advertising in an election or vote and must be deleted or destroyed no later than one month after the election or vote.

The registration authority cannot provide any information if an information block exists or a blocking note has been entered in the register of residents. Furthermore, every data subject has the option of objecting to the transmission of their data.
