You will only receive information from the population register about a large number of persons who are not named (group information) if this is in the public interest.

You can freely compile the groups of persons using selected data. The following data is available for this purpose:

• Date of birth,
• gender,
• current nationality,
• current addresses,
• date of moving in and out and
• Marital status, stating whether single, married, divorced, widowed, in a civil partnership, civil partnership dissolved or partner deceased.

In addition to your membership of the group you have compiled, you may be informed of your first name and surname, doctor's degree, age, gender, nationality, current addresses and legal representatives with first name, surname and address.

The information must be in the national public interest. This is understood to mean the public interest, which must be distinguished from the interest of individual persons or groups.
