If you have been banned from operating a trade, the competent authority may, at your request, allow you to continue the trade through a representative who offers the guarantee of proper management of the trade.

The fees for a permit for the continuation of a business by a deputy (§ 45 GewO) are currently between 60 and 200 euros.

The administrative fees are set in accordance with the Law on the Levying of Administrative and User Fees in Saarland (SaarlGebG) in conjunction with the General Fee Schedule for Saarland (GebVerz) (here: Section 385.9).
In the event of rejection:
If an application to carry out an official act is withdrawn before it is completed, up to 75 percent of the full fee is payable, depending on the expenses already incurred (Section 9 (2) SaarlGebG).

- Once you have paid the fee, the notification will be sent to you.
No deadlines need to be observed. However, permission must be granted before the substitution can begin. It is therefore advisable to submit the necessary application as early as possible.
