On application, the Cultural Foundation supports cultural projects, events, publications and much more.

The Cultural Foundation of the State of Schleswig-Holstein is a foundation under public law. Upon application, it supports projects and acquisitions in accordance with the foundation's purpose.
Its purpose is

1. To safeguard cultural assets and works of art of outstanding importance for the state of Schleswig-Holstein,
2. to facilitate or organize events and publications of particular interest to the culture, art or history of the state of Schleswig-Holstein,
3. to promote new forms and developments in the fields of art and culture,
4. to support measures to develop and strengthen the cultural infrastructure in the state.

The prerequisite for submitting an application is a non-profit or municipal project sponsor.
