A site plan is based on the real estate map. It shows the building plot and neighboring plots on a suitable scale and must contain additional information that is required to assess the project. The extract from the property map and the site plan are regulated in the Building Documents Ordinance.

For the assessment of building projects and processing of the building application, for the notification of the intended removal or the exemption from approval, the required building documents must be submitted in accordance with the Building Documents Ordinance. These include a current extract from the real estate map and a site plan.
