The fees for network access are based on the revenue caps set by the regulatory authority each calendar year.
Since January 1, 2009, fees for network access no longer require approval. In accordance with Section 4 of the Incentive Regulation Ordinance (ARegV), the regulatory authority determines ex officio upper revenue limits for the calendar year, on the basis of which the network operators convert these into fees for network access, which only have to be communicated to the regulatory authority.
