The competent authority shall announce who can be commissioned as an expert to carry out safety inspections and inspections of safety-related documents.
In accordance with Section 29a (1) of the Federal Immission Control Act (BImSchG), the competent authority announces the experts who can be commissioned to carry out safety inspections and inspections of safety-related documents.
A fee is charged in accordance with the state ordinance on administrative fees. Further information can be obtained from the responsible office.
