The Euro WC key enables access to disabled toilets in Germany and some European countries.

The Euro WC key is only issued to people who are dependent on barrier-free toilets. As a rule, the prerequisite is a German disabled person's pass with one of the following marks: aG, B, H, BL or G in conjunction with a degree of disability (GdB) of at least 70.

Persons suffering from multiple sclerosis, Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis as well as people with stoma are also eligible.

Medical proof will be accepted if no other suitable proof is available, particularly in the case of persons from abroad whose countries of origin do not have a comparable ID card system. In such cases, the European parking permit for people with disabilities can also serve as proof.

The key can be used throughout Germany as well as in Austria, Switzerland and other European countries - for example at disabled toilets at highway service stations and in many cities.

• Severely disabled person's pass or notification from the State Office for Social Services,
• medical report or medical certificate, if applicable.

The Euro WC key is intended for people who are permanently dependent on accessible toilets.
You are eligible if, for example

• have a German severely disabled person's pass with one of the following marks: aG, B, H, BL or G with a GdB of 70 or more,
• or suffer from multiple sclerosis, Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis,
• or have a stoma.
• If you do not have a severely disabled person's pass, a medical certificate may also be sufficient.

• You submit an application with the required documents. You have two options for submitting the application:
  • Online via the webshop
    • Create a personal customer account in the webshop.
    • Upload your proof (ID or certificate) directly.
    • Important: Only you yourself may consent to the processing of your health data.
    • Support persons can help you, but may not create an account in your name.
  • By e-mail, fax or post
    • Send the order together with the proof and the signed data protection declaration.
    • A trusted person may assist you with correspondence, but you must give your own consent to data processing.
    • Your application will be reviewed. The responsible office will check whether you are eligible to apply.
• Special feature for children:
  • For children, the legal guardians submit the application.
  • If you are not the parents with the same surname, please enclose proof of your parental authority (proof of custody)

The Eurokey is a locking system introduced in 1986 by the Club Behinderter und ihre Bekannten in Darmstadt und Umgebung e.V. (CBF Darmstadt). This locking system is now established throughout Europe.

  • German severely disabled person's pass with the following characteristics: exceptional walking disability, blindness, helplessness, blindness or
  • Mark G with a degree of disability of at least seventy
• Additionally entitled are:
  • People suffering from multiple sclerosis, Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis
  • People with an artificial bowel outlet (ostomates)
• Medical proof possible if no other suitable proof is available

Offering municipality
