Would you like to take part in public tenders? Use the Schleswig-Holstein electronic tendering platform to submit your tenders digitally and with legal validity.

On the platform you will find current tenders from the state, the federal government and many cities and municipalities.

The required documents are specified in the respective award description.

• You are using a supported operating system such as Windows 11, 10, 8 or 7.
• You have Internet access, at least via ISDN or DSL.
• You are using a current, common Internet browser (e.g. Microsoft Edge, Safari, Firefox, Google Chrome).
• You have a valid, non-personal e-mail address (functional mailbox).

To take part in a tendering procedure via the electronic tendering platform, you must complete the following steps:

• First of all, you can find out about all current award procedures in the area of the award platform.
• To be able to participate in the award procedures, log in under "Register".
• Once you have successfully registered, you can download the user manual.
• Construction services: Always use the latest version of the AVAsign bidding software when downloading tender documents and submitting bids for construction services and follow the instructions in the user manual.
• Services, supplies and architectural and engineering services: You do not need AVA-sign to submit bids within the scope of the VgV.
• Log in to your bidder area and download the tender documents. Open, edit and save them electronically. Submit your bids in accordance with the specifications in the notices and tender documents
