If you operate a waste incineration or waste co-incineration plant, you must continuously measure, record and analyse pollutant emissions. You must prepare a measurement report on the results of the continuous measurements for each calendar year and submit it to the responsible immission control authority.

You are the operator of a plant for the incineration or co-incineration of waste in accordance with the 17th BImSchV.

• You analyse the continuous measurements of the respective calendar year.
• You prepare a measurement report on the results.
• You send your measurement report to the immission control authority responsible for you by the deadline.

• You must submit the measurement report for a calendar year to the responsible immission control authority by 31 March of the following year at the latest.
• You must keep the measurement report and the records of the measuring devices for at least 5 years after the end of the respective reporting period.

Please ensure that you submit the measurement report to the immission control authority responsible for your plant.
